Domestic Shipping (United States)
- All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via FEDEX or UPS
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days from order date
- Every shipment includes tracking information sent to your email
- All artwork is fully insured during transit
Processing Time
- Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days
- Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships
Packaging & Protection
- Original paintings are wrapped in protective materials and boxed with corner protection
- All packages are marked "Fragile" and "Handle with Care"
International Shipping
- Not available at this time
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
- Report any damage or issues within 48 hours to info@christymontgomeryart.com
- Take photos of damaged packaging and artwork
- We'll work with the carrier to resolve claims and provide replacement or refund
Local Pickup
- Available at Do Good Store located at the Louisiana Boardwalk
- 320 Boardwalk Blvd., Bossier City, LA
- Sunday 9:00 - 1:00
- 2 - 3 days processing time for pickup orders
- You'll receive pickup confirmation when order is ready
- Please provide confirmation number upon pickup
